About the Position :

Currently, Our Client is seeking a patent agent with at least three (3+) years of legal practice experience, preferably at a law firm, for their life sciences practice in their Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Seattle, New York, or Washington, D.C. offices. The ideal candidate will have a PhD (or MD) in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, immunology, molecular biology, cell biology, microbiology, oncology, or a related field. Post-doctoral experience is desirable but not required. The candidate must have a USPTO registration number, superior academic credentials, and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.

The salary range for this position varies and depends on several factors, including the applicant's qualifications, experience, level of education, certifications or professional licenses held, and, if applicable, the location from which the job will be performed.
