THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY :

  • Data Analysis & Reporting : Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making processes within the bank.
  • Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies in banking processes and systems, recommend enhancements, and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between departments and management, ensuring clear communication of business needs and solutions to all stakeholders.
  • Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business units to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for new projects, system enhancements, and process changes.
  • Project Support : Assist in the planning, development, and execution of banking projects, ensuring they meet business objectives, adhere to timelines, and comply with regulatory requirements.

    • BACKGROUND PROFILE :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or Related Field.
  • 5+ Years of Financial / Business Analysis Experience
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL & Microsoft Power BI.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
