Job description

Busy AR-15 manufacturer looking for a talented certified gunsmith to join its team.

Responsibilities :

  • assembling high-end AR-15 rifles and their subcomponents in a manner that reflects overall good judgment and a meticulous attention to fitment, finish, functionality, and quality;
  • identifying, diagnosing, and repairing any issues that arise during assembly and thoroughly function-checking your builds upon completion;
  • regularly communicating with the production and engineering teams regarding your assembly observations in order to facilitate the company culture of continuous product improvement.

    • Qualifications :

  • Accreditation from a reputable in-person gunsmithing program required.
  • 3-5 years' professional work experience in gunsmithing preferred.
  • You must be able to legally possess a firearm, pass a NICS background check, and be willing to submit to random drug testing.

    • Company policies :

    We are a licensed manufacturer and machine shop and for that reason we enforce certain policies relating to safety and compliance. You will be required to follow these policies as a condition of employment.

    Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
