Candidates can be based out of any geography but are expected to be onsite at a client's manufacturing plant. This is a billable, client-facing role focused on training, mentoring, and coaching teams in the evolution and continued operational excellence of Project Farma’s practice areas. Success requires technical expertise, business acumen, advanced people skills, and a consulting mindset to deliver technical and business solutions.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. We will not sponsor visa applications for this position. This role may require significant travel to support project and business needs. A valid driver's license is required.

Essential functions of the position

Project Delivery and Team Member Development

• Manage teams at various client sites to ensure consistency of technical services, in line with Project Farma processes and standards, and responsive to client and employee requirements.
• Identify and implement employee performance and development plans to meet individual and organizational goals.
• Direct and manage teams delivering projects with responsibility for technical solutions, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Lead initiatives by ensuring team members understand goals and responsibilities, manage priorities, and ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Support project direction and strategy based on client vision and expected outcomes throughout the project delivery life cycle.
• Support resource planning and define project objectives and requirements.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert providing technical direction, training, career development and performance assessments to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Build and maintain high-performing teams to ensure successful account management and growth.
