Your responsibilities will include :
Providing accurate and approved information to target accounts
Meeting company-set sales and call activity targets
Completing necessary administrative tasks
Demonstrating comprehensive expertise in the marketplace, products, and therapeutic areas based on a strong understanding of scientific principles
Utilizing in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, market conditions, and regulations to develop effective business plans and conduct compliant sales calls
Building and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals in offices, urgent care facilities, and pharmacies
Asking insightful questions to uncover customer needs and developing customized strategies to meet those needs
What you need to succeed in this role :
A Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of proven high-performance sales experience
Previous experience in the Medical Device sector is strongly preferred
Experience with Buy and Bill processes is highly desirable
Background in Ophthalmology sales is a plus
Experience in eye care is required
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build solid relationships
Strategic thinker with the capability to create and implement a territory business plan
Strong financial and analytical skills
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Effective decision-making and priority-setting skills
Excellent presentation and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM / Veeva, and sales reporting technologies
