Key Responsibilities
Lead consultative sales processes with companies addressing complex benefits needs
Act as a trusted advisor to executive-level buyers, aligning their needs with solutions
Analyze competitive landscape and drive forecasting accuracy and pipeline health
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in group insurance, benefits brokerage, or payroll representation
Understanding of group health insurance underwriting and plan design
Experience in leading discovery and influencing stakeholders across various teams
Familiarity with healthcare, insurance, or HR tech is a plus
Ability to manage long sales cycles and adapt to fast-paced environments
