Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)

StartDate : ASAP

Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $1950.00 - $2028.00

Physical Therapist jobs in Omak, WA offer you the chance to help patients regain mobility and independence in a skilled nursing setting while enjoying the scenic beauty of north-central Washington.

In this role, you will assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy to improve strength, balance, and function. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, and document progress using electronic medical records.

Required qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program and a valid Washington PT license. Experience in skilled nursing settings and strong communication skills are recommended.
