The Role As an entry-level engineer at Rogo, you will quickly grow into a key member of our tightly knit, world-class engineering team. You'll own projects across the stack-from designing core product features that shape customer experience to training reinforcement learning models that push the boundary of machine intelligence in finance.

We're looking for hard workers who are eager to learn and are excited at the prospect of immediately shaping how AI will be used by the world's largest financial institutions.

What You Will Own

• Shipping end-to-end, high impact features which will use LLMs to automate financial workflows
• Designing clean and easily maintainable technical systems
• Working closely with your mentor and peers across engineering and the company; contributing as a collaborative, low-ego teammate
