Registered Nurse (RN) - Internal Float Pool Night Shift

Position Summary : Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in the Internal Float Pool, where you'll deliver exceptional patient care across various units including Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Schedule : 3rd Shift (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM), Full-Time (36 hours per week), Self-Scheduled with 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU units providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Actively participate in the nursing process to assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Implement strategies to enhance patient safety and reduce risks.
• Engage patients and families in care planning and education.
