Urgent Care Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Urgent Care Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Own and manage data-driven clinical staffing models to balance clinician availability and patient demand

Oversee the continuous improvement of clinician scheduling practices and manage the clinician liaison team against annual KPIs

Develop staffing and resource plans while partnering with relevant teams and managing multi-state clinical licensing strategies

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree required

3+ years of experience in healthcare operations or clinical workforce management

Proven ability to use data analytics for staffing and performance decisions

Demonstrated project management and leadership skills

Experience with Workforce Management systems and tools
