Implementation Specialist

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to lead customer onboarding and implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end implementation projects for small to mid-sized accounts, ensuring timely completion of deliverables

Facilitate onboarding sessions and provide guidance on best practices for workflow setup

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer transitions and capture valuable feedback

Required Qualifications

2-4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Implementations

Experience with end-to-end technical implementations

Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously

Experience in customer-facing roles, including facilitating meetings and training sessions

Strong organizational skills with a focus on data integrity during migrations
