Job Summary

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist opportunity is available in an outpatient setting in Corning, NY. This position involves providing evaluation and treatment for pediatric and adult patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. New graduates are welcome to apply. Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders

Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to pediatric and adult patients

Collaborate with care teams to support continuity and quality of care

Educate patients, caregivers, and families regarding therapy goals and techniques

Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation according to policy standards

Participate in department initiatives, in-service trainings, and continuing education

Assist in the development and improvement of therapy programs and services

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology

Eligible for New York State licensure and registration

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to obtain

One to two years of experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire
