Responsibilities
- Process and review hiring intake requests daily
- Submit approvals and maintain real-time tracking files
- Identify next steps and escalate overdue items to avoid delays
- Prepare updates for weekly hiring review meetings
- Perform data audits, reconciliations, and ad-hoc reporting
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders
- Support continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- 2+ years in operations, analyst, coordinator, or data-focused roles
- Strong Excel skills (tracking, formulas, pivots, reporting)
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working within structured workflows and SLAs
Preferred
- Experience with Workday, Power BI, Adaptive Planning
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or VMS platforms
Additional Details
- Hybrid role: onsite 2 days per week in Austin
