A company is looking for an Associate Director - Quality Transformation & Digital Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Draft inputs for digital quality strategies by gathering business needs and stakeholder feedback

Coordinate day-to-day activities for digital quality system implementations and upgrades

Maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for quality performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, or a related field

5+ years of experience in Technical Operations or IT

Experience deploying enterprise system implementations or digital transformation projects

Familiarity with GxP, QMS, CAPA, and regulatory compliance requirements

MBA or MS in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Quality preferred
