Parc Center for Disabilities is seeking a Community Program Specialist / Job Coach who is driven by results, relationship-building, and real-world impact. This role supports individuals with developmental disabilities in obtaining and maintaining meaningful, competitive employment within the community.
This is a professional, field-based role requiring independence, sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to represent Parc at employer sites.
What You Will Do
- Support individuals in identifying, securing, and sustaining community-based employment
- Provide on-site job coaching and skills training at employer locations
- Teach vocational, workplace, and soft skills to promote long-term success
- Facilitate travel training, self-advocacy, and workplace independence
- Manage an active caseload and meet service delivery requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation, attendance records, and service notes
- Collaborate with internal teams and attend required trainings and meetings
- Work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays based on participant needs

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of four (4) years of direct experience working with individuals with disabilities or a four-year degree in a related field (e.g., social services, human services)
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as needed
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Work Environment & Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (schedule may vary)
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by caseload
- On-site and community-based role with travel to employer locations
- Company vehicle provided — no personal vehicle required for jobsite travel
- iPads provided for documentation and work-related task
