About the Role

Home of Guiding Hands is seeking a proactive detail-oriented and results-driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People Operations this role youll play a key part in shaping a positive hiring experience by managing internal applications coordinating interviews and partnering with staffing agencies to meet organizational staffing needs.

As a vital connector between candidates hiring managers and external partners youll ensure every step of the recruitment process is efficient timely and aligned with our ICARE values .

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment enjoys administrative precision and takes pride in helping bring passionate mission-driven talent to our organization.

What Youll Be Doing :

Internal Applications :

• Monitor and manage incoming internal job applications submitted via the company website or internal job portal.
• Ensure all internal applicants receive timely communication and status updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews between internal candidates and hiring managers.
• Track and report on internal mobility metrics and trends.
• Ensure internal application policies and guidelines are followed consistently.
