Job Title : Bilingual Sales Manager

Blue Fig USA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Manager to join our team. As the largest authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless in Florida, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and a superior sales experience to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
• Train and develop sales associates to improve their sales skills and product knowledge
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to enhance sales performance
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment to encourage team success
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

Skills :

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is REQUIRED

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Proficient in using sales software and tools

Requirements :

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :

High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.

Retail sales management or customer service management experience.

Proven leadership skills.

Demonstrated ability to meet / exceed sales quotas.

SALARY / BENEFITS :

Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly

Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)

Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
