Director of THE MBA & Graduate Business Programs, Tenure Track

Elms College, located in Chicopee, MA, invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track, Associate Professor of Business faculty position reporting to the Chair of the Division of Business.

The Director manages day to day operational excellence while providing strategic direction for the MBA / Graduate Business Programs. This includes direct responsibility and touchpoints for both students and adjunct faculty in the program. Additionally, the Director is involved with course design, accreditation activities, policy development and ensuring continuous improvement that enhance the student experience. They are the primary face internally and externally for the program. This is a tenure-track faculty position with an administrative appointment, beginning July 1,2026. This position is a six-course teaching load. The ideal candidate has expertise in Accounting and Finance.

RESPONSABILITIES AND FUCTIONS :

• Provide strategic and operational expertise and oversight of the MBA / Graduate Business Programs.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the MBA / Graduate Business Program that is in alignment with the division of business and the overall institution.
