Experience & Skills Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree
Board-Certified Veterinary Dentist or Residency-Trained Veterinarian
Eligible for or currently holding an Arizona veterinary license in good standing prior to start date
DEA license or eligibility to obtain one
