Our client, a leading organization in the medical manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic team. Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Temecula, CA (100% On-Site)
Pay Range: $30/hr. - $34/hr.
What's the Job?
- Support and optimize manufacturing processes for medical extrusion lines to meet daily production schedules.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot production equipment and processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors and customers, to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements utilizing tools like Gage R&R, Cp, Cpk, and SPC.
- Create and update manufacturing process documentation, protocols, and reports to maintain compliance and quality standards.
What's Needed?
- 3-5 years of experience as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing concepts such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Visual Workplace.
- Experience with equipment evaluation, process validation, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using quality tools and statistical analysis to improve processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
