Position Summary :
The Logistics Clerk is responsible for the timely and efficient movement of inventory,
shipments, including managing inventory integrity, as well as supporting the Logistics Coordinator
in daily data entry tasks, while meeting the productivity and safety standards.

Key Accountabilities
Perform duties related to receiving and shipping machines, machine parts, spares, laminate, labels, inks, and other commodities as required.Verify merchandise and organize distribution, preparing related documents.Maintains storage and receiving areas to support site sanitation.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure all outgoing shipments match sales orders, including correct items, quantities, and labeling.Pulls and prepares shipments for dispatch and determines the best shipping method based on delivery requirements.Maintain scheduled shipment timelines to meet delivery commitments and avoid delays.Process sales orders, dispatch and shipping documentation via Sinclair’s ERP system and other associated software, carrier specific systems, and manually generated documents, as required.Securely pack products and complete the required shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, labels, manifests).Receive deliveries, check for accuracy against purchase orders, and inspect for damage or defects.Promptly enter receipt information into inventory via JDE systems and report discrepancies.Communicate issues such as shortages, overages, or damaged goods for resolution.Ensure that all production jobs from the previous shift are completed and processed each day by the designated time.Ensure proper put-away and perform cycle counting efforts to maintain inventory accuracy.Responsible for the timely and accurate movement of materials, components, and finished goods within the warehouse to ensure continuous support of production operations.Keep the shipping / receiving areas orderly and compliant with safety and operational standards.Follow all workplace safety policies and use equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and properly.Ensure outbound and inbound shipments comply with company and legal standards, including international shipping if applicable.Will operate dolly, pallet jack (manual and / or electric), and forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment; operate shrink wrap machine.Transport product to and from designated areas as directed.Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and / or control standards.From time to time carry out other duties considered to be reasonable and within their competence.Supervisory Responsibilities – None
