This is a full-time opportunity designed for recent graduates who are eager to launch their careers in a dynamic, fast-growing global organization. The program runs alongside our INSPIRE GREATNESS Summer Internship Program, providing Management Trainees with early exposure to TCL's business operations, leadership teams, and cross-functional collaboration.
Management Trainees will work closely with department leaders on strategic initiatives, operational projects, and cross-functional efforts that support real business priorities. This program is designed for individuals who demonstrate strong initiative, analytical thinking, and leadership potential, and who are ready to take on meaningful responsibility in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Participating Departments
Management Trainees may be placed within one of the following departments based on business needs, skills, and academic background:
- Marketing
- Product Operations
- Sales
- Supply Chain
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Supporting department leaders on initiatives that impact business performance and operational priorities
- Assisting with strategic analysis, business case development, and operational planning
- Leading defined project components with guidance from managers and mentors
- Preparing executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations for internal stakeholders
- Analyzing data and identifying insights to support business decision-making
- Participating in cross-functional meetings to understand how different teams collaborate to deliver results
- Contributing ideas to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
- Supporting coordination across multiple stakeholders and project teams
- Presenting project outcomes, insights, or recommendations to departmental leadership at the conclusion of key initiatives
Qualification/Requirements
- Recent graduate or graduating senior pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated leadership through academic projects, student organizations, internships, or community involvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment
- High level of curiosity, initiative, and accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in building a long-term career within a global consumer technology organization
Program Experience
The Summer Management Trainee Program provides a structured onboarding and development experience designed to accelerate early-career growth and expose participants to the inner workings of a global technology company.
Management Trainees will gain hands-on experience working on real business challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and observing how leaders evaluate strategy, manage operations, and drive performance. Participants will receive mentorship from experienced leaders, participate in leadership discussions and training sessions, and gain a deeper understanding of how large organizations align strategy with execution.
This program is designed to cultivate critical thinking, leadership capability, and operational awareness while providing a strong foundation for future roles in business management, strategy, and commercial leadership at TCL.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Target Start Date: June 2026
