Middle Office Asset Servicing is driving a forward moving agenda to enhance the client experience and operating processes. As a Client Service Delivery Associate II within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and operational support to our clients. Your role will be responsible for managing some of the top tier brokerage client relationships and supporting the global corporate actions teams. The team is tasked with resolving queries, managing exceptions and coordinating elections on the voluntary events. This role is an opportunity to apply your skills in a dynamic environment, contribute to team objectives, and enhance client relationships.

Job responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, effect inquiry resolution and proactively addressing any client concerns.
• Be accurate and timely resolution of all client asset servicing inquiries (Dividends, P&I, Mandatory, Voluntary, Proxy, Tax)
• Ensure clients have everything in order (E.g. paperwork etc) to facilitate a successful voluntary corporate action election.
• Provide a best-in-class client service experience.
• Comply with the firm and departmental procedures and controls.
• Adhere to the control environment and ensuring daily checks are completed.
• Be a motivated and fully engaged team player.
• Escalate appropriately to senior managers.
• Assist with team and departmental processes and projects.
