Location: Stanton | Hours: Part Time
Do you love pets and numbers? Crossroads Pet Resort needs a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to help keep our pawsand financesin order!
About Us:
Were an established pet resort offering daycare, boarding, grooming, and training with nearly 30 years of experience. We take pride in giving pets a safe, fun place to stay and helping our team (both furry and human) grow.
What Youll Do:

• Record daily business transactions in QuickBooks
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records
• Process payroll and vendor payments
• Generate and review financial reports (P&L, balance sheet)
• Support budgeting and cash flow tracking with the general manager/owner
• Work closely with our accountant at year-end

Were Looking For Someone Who:

• Has bookkeeping or accounting experience (QuickBooks preferred)
• Understands small business finance and accuracy is your superpower
• Can work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly
• Bonus: loves dogs, coffee, and organized spreadsheets!
