Role Purpose :

The purpose of a server at Uptown Alley is to provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Education & Qualifications :

Certifications in food safety and sanitation such as ServSafe or Safe Food Handling

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Physical Stamina and Endurance-ability to stand for long periods lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks in a hot and demanding kitchen environment

Experience :

Servers should have prior experience working as servers in a restaurant or hospitality setting

Strong understanding of front-of-house operations including customer service techniques order taking and table service

Desirable - Previous experience in a high volume restaurant
