Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager is responsible for leading Rialtic's accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, execution of AP / AR, and establishing scalable processes as the company grows. This role serves as Rialtic's accounting leader overseeing compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness and partnering with finance leadership to shape financial strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management

Own Rialtic's month-end and year-end close calendar, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement in close efficiency.

Own the preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements for board and investor reporting.

Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff.

Lead annual audit and tax filings, including preparation of audit schedules and coordination with external auditors.

Partner with the Engineering and Operations teams to automate accounting workflows and implement ERP enhancements.
