We are seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee large-scale, complex construction projects in Beverly Hills, CA!
This is a direct-hire opportunity and the salary is $150,000 - $170,000 (depending on experience).
The Project Manager will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and administrative expertise in building construction.
Responsibilities
-Demonstrate understanding of the preconstruction process and its integration into construction
-Participate in estimate preparation, review, and subcontractor post-bid meetings
-Manage job set-up processes according to company procedures
-Assemble project teams and define roles and responsibilities
-Facilitate project kickoff meetings and align on project procedures
-Develop and execute project closeout plans, including turnover packages and subcontractor contract closeout
-Promote a jobsite culture prioritizing safety, including compliance with OSHA regulations
-Implement and maintain Safety and Environmental Health programs
-Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and payment applications
-Track subcontractor change orders and ensure timely processing
-Lead development and maintenance of project master schedules
-Utilize scheduling software platforms such as Primavera P6
-Implement and facilitate the Last Planner System (LPS)
-Establish and manage a Quality Management Protocol
-Oversee submittals, coordination, and BIM management processes
-Resolve field quality issues and maintain alignment with project agreements
-Maintain awareness of regional labor agreements and project labor requirements
-Build and maintain professional relationships with architects, subcontractors, consultants, and other industry professionals
-Promote a positive, collaborative work environment and provide leadership and guidance to team members
-Analyze and resolve construction process challenges
-Communicate effectively across all levels of personnel

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
-At least 10 years of construction management experience for a large general contractor.
-Experience across multiple construction disciplines (civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing) preferred
-Experience with large commercial projects, including healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, or science & technology projects, desired
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines effectively
-Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel expertise preferred)
-Experience with Procore construction software preferred
-Scheduling knowledge in Primavera P6 preferred
