IV type : 2 rounds
Length : 24 months- possibility to extend

Maintain the infrastructure of IT systems that support the business to function efficiently.Design solutions by assessing and aligning the current systems to best practices and comply to federal policies and procedures.Manage updates, upgrades, and other maintenance tasks in both hardware and software areas, to make the network more efficient, cost-effective, and secure.LAN and WLAN administrationKnowledge of wireless technology and provide operational support in an operational / warehouse environmentSolid troubleshooting and tracing skills, Cisco hardware configuration (router, switch, wireless LAN controller), software maintenance / upgrades, continuous network improvementResponsible for day-to-day network operations in supported PSLD sites, including site start-upsStrong customer support skills and ITSMMonitors networks and provide network up-time for facilitiesHandle break / fix on the networkInteracts frequently with Engineering and IT contacts at facilities, enterprise network teams & application teams for troubleshooting and investigationProficient with WAN, DNS / DHCP, data cabling, & network hardwareNetwork management - Cisco Prime LMS, DNA, WCS, Radius, Tacacs administrationAsset manager for LAN / WLAN (Hardware tracking) including surplus hardware managementWorking knowledge of :LAN cabling standardsCisco Prime and other network monitoring toolsPlanning, design, and implementation of LAN and wireless networks including DHCP and DNSProgramming and monitoring Cisco network equipment.Planning and upgrading existing networks to stay current with technology or respond to client enterprise network and security guidelines, initiatives, and mandatesAssistance with WAN implementations performed by other client network teamsPower requirements and standards for network equipment in TCOMM roomsStory Behind the Need – Business Group & Key ProjectsPosition’s Contributions to Work GroupSurrounding team & key projectsPurpose of this teamReason for the request
