5+ Years of experience in software development
Hands on experience in any Performance tool - HP Load Runner, Parasoft SOA Test, JMeter
Types - Load test, Stress test
Performance Metrics, reports ( App Dynamics or any tool)
Good Understanding of testing types and STLC phase
Should have Agile process and onsite /offshore working model
Good Communication skills
