A Large Utilities company in Portland, OR is hiring a Service Desk Analyst to join the team for a great opportunity!
Job Description:

  • Service Desk Analyst is responsible on providing support to end users when they call the service desk line - this person may also be required to take on-call shifts
  • Respond to emails, log tickets, update tickets, and resolve tier 1 support issues
  • Be the primary owner of a ticket. See the ticket from start to finish to ensure work is finished
  • Write knowledge base articles to help reduce future tickets and enable our end-users to self-service
  • Supporting iOS devices and providing support in a remote environment
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • 2-3+ years of service desk experience
  • Basic ITIL concepts
  • Experience with O365, Active Directory, SCCM and upgrading to Windows 11

This is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
