With over 20 years of dedicated service to the Springfield community, we take pride in our award-winning Toyota & Lexus Certified Collision Center, spanning across a spacious 28,500 sq ft facility. As an I-CAR Gold Class shop, we uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism in every aspect of our operations. Servicing a diverse range of vehicles, including Toyota, Lexus, BMW, Audi, and all other makes, we have established numerous DRP relationships and operate a thriving used car re-conditioning operation.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Collision Body Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in collision repair and demonstrate a willingness to expand their expertise through ongoing Toyota Certified training classes. While many training opportunities are available online, occasional travel to Toyota's Training Centers in Jacksonville, Dallas, and Torrance, California, may be required. At Reliable Toyota Collision Center, we prioritize employee development and offer extensive I-CAR training to support career advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality collision repairs in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within established time frames.
  • Participate in ongoing Toyota Certified training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a collision technician is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering superior workmanship.
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to pursue OEM certifications and I-CAR certifications preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
