Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum one year of office and events support experience.
Must have a high degree of self-motivation, a professional attitude, strong problem-solving orientation, exercise sound judgment, and ability to work autonomously and part of a team. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. A readiness to assist Fellows accurately and congenially.
Excellent computer skills, i.e., Microsoft Office, Google Docs / applications. In addition, demonstrated capacity to implement new technologies to improve efficiencies within a newly created program.
Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, written and oral communication skills.
Ability to proofread.
Integrity to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Supportive of the Jesuit, Catholic mission of Boston College and the University's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Available to work some nights and weekends.
