Extensive analysis and reconciliation of utility bills for funding
Answer inquiries and resolve inquiries/escalations from market teams, internal departments, and utility providers regarding water, electric, gas, sanitation, and sewer bills
Complete and update all pending action items in the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) database, to include meter information, utility provider information, deeds and all other required documentation
Demonstrate superior seamless customer service, integrity, and commitment to innovation efficiency and fiscally responsible activity
High School Diploma or GED
Associates' or Bachelors' degree in a related field of study preferred
At least 1 year of experience in property management or utilities
Yardi and Salesforce software experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Internet research
Strong Analytical skills
Punctual and dependable
Utility customer service and billing operations
Superb accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate knowledge of basic accounting principals

The salary range for this position is: $20.19 - $35.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
