Entry Level Sales Recruiter/Account Manager

Join our dynamic team as an Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee and play a pivotal role in advancing the careers of skilled professionals in engineering and sciences. This position involves building trusted relationships with our network of consultants and helping them achieve their career goals.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Source qualified professionals through various recruiting tools.
• Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks to ensure alignment with goals, skills, and interests.
• Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for their new roles.
• Perform relationship-building activities, such as coaching consultants for interviews, checking in on their first day, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their employment.
• Maintain a network of consultants aligned with top industry-specific skill sets.
• Build trusted relationships with professionals to serve as a partner in advancing their careers.

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is advantageous.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months of sales experience preferred.
• Recruiting experience preferred but not required.
• Skills in project management, conveyor systems, project coordination, sales, account management, and administrative support.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Lexington, KY.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
