Medical Device Production Assembler - Entry Level

Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Assembler to join their growing manufacturing team. This role supports the production of high-quality medical devices in a regulated cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and interested in building a career in the medical device industry. Job Title: Production Builder I (PB1)

Location: Alameda

Pay Range: Up to 22.28

Shift: Monday-Friday 4pm-12:30am OT might be needed

What's the Job?

• Assemble medical devices following detailed manufacturing instructions, SOPs, and regulatory standards such as Federal QSR and ISO 13485.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and conformance.
• Accurately document lot history records and component accountability.
• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment.
• Maintain cleanliness, gowning practices, and housekeeping standards in a controlled environment.

Candidate Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work with microscopes, tweezers, soldering irons, and small hand tools
• Cleanroom or regulated manufacturing experience (medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical) is preferred but not required
• Ability to clearly speak, read, and understand English
• Reliable, trainable, and comfortable working in a structured manufacturing environment
