Essential Functions:
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: Minimum two years of experience in customer service including one year experience in a health care setting.

Environmental / Working Conditions: Normal office setting. Maybe be exposed to communicable diseases.
Physical/Mental Demands: Considerable sitting, walking, standing, bending, twisting, reaching. Must be able to transfer/transport patients safely. Occasional lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. Requires eye-hand coordination, finger dexterity. Vision must be correct to 20/20 and hearing must be in normal range. Must be able to view computer screens for long periods of time. Occasional stress related to workload and customers with problems.
