Position and Responsibilities:

Interface general contractor billings. Process subcontractor payments. Prepare unconditional/conditional lien releases for subcontractors. Respond to inquiries from subcontractors, jobsite staff and management. Prepare job close-out documentation and monitor close-out process to completion. Process purchase order agreements. Calculate sales and use taxes on invoices from vendors/suppliers. Prepare sales and use tax returns for numerous taxing authorities. Post cash receipts. Maintain a positive working relationship with supplier's/subcontractor's accounting staff. Promptly return all phone calls in a polite and professional manner. Review invoice coding for accuracy, proper approvals, and reasonableness. Keep sensitive information confidential.

Qualifications:

Indirect supervision. Fully competent in all conventional aspects of subject matter or functional area. Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in independent evaluation, selection and substantial adaptation/modification of standards. Devises new solutions to problems encountered. Independently performs most assignments with instruction. Receives guidance for unusual or complex problems and supervisor approval for changes in standards. College/university graduate or equivalent combination of skills and experience generally expected for specified technical roles.
