Inventory Coordinator
This position seeks a Quality & Inventory Coordinator who will be responsible for upholding product quality standards and ensuring inventory accuracy across operations. The role involves monitoring goods at all stages, performing inspections, tracking stock movement, and supporting continuous improvements to reduce errors, waste, and stock discrepancies. Responsibilities
- Ensure and inspect product quality standards are consistently met while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Monitor incoming, outgoing, and in-production status goods, perform inspections, track stock movement, and support process improvements to reduce errors, waste, and stock discrepancies.
- Identify quality issues, report findings, and support corrective actions.
- Assist in developing and improving quality and process procedures and standards.
- Perform routine cycle counts and participate in physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of experience.
- Understanding of basic quality control principles including inspection methods, defect identification, and documentation.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices such as cycle counts, stock rotation, and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with warehouse or production workflows.
- Experience in metal manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of safety standards and proper material handling procedures.
- Basic understanding of data entry, recordkeeping, and reporting processes.
- Experience using inventory systems, ERP software, or spreadsheet tools.
- Problem-solving and root-cause identification skills.
- Ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, and discrepancies.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker with analytical skills committed to meeting deadlines and quality standards.

- Responsible for following and guiding others in safety compliance for the department and the company overall.
Work Environment
The work environment includes both manufacturing and office spaces. The position operates on a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule and is a nine-month contract to hire.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
