Advanced Assembly, Inc. (AAI), located in University Research Park on the west side of Madison, is looking to add a Training Specialist to our well-trained and experienced staff. AAI is an electronics manufacturing services provider of electronic assemblies and products, including the Captioned Telephone (CapTel). This full time position offers a first shift schedule of Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (flexibility with schedule), a competitive starting wage and a full benefits package. The Training Specialist is responsible for scheduling and conducting onsite training sessions and orientations for new employees, as well as providing ongoing training for current staff. This role requires strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate program concepts in a professional yet approachable manner. The Training Specialist will also address performance concerns and recommend improvements to training curriculum and materials.
