Key Responsibilities:
- Categorize and post transactions in QuickBooks
- Maintain a chart of accounts
- Set up and execute payments
- Prepare financial statements (PNL, cash flow)
- Complete reconciliations
- Manage on-going compliance
- Manage accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR) in QuickBooks
- Process and maintain primary source documents
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on bookkeeping for small businesses, ideally multi-entity.
- Accounting/Finance/Business education or equivalent practical experience, experience with online banking platforms.
