Inventory Control Specialist

Essential duties and responsibilities include: assisting in maintaining accurate inventory records using inventory management software, performing regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound inventory transactions, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies in a timely manner, and generating reports and providing analysis on inventory levels, trends, and variances.
Qualifications and educational requirements include: a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is preferred. Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping are essential. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also necessary.
