Compensation Details: $15 - $26 per hour
The hourly rate provided is intended to display the value of the company's base rate compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Hourly rate is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.

Brief Description
The Program/Project Management Intern, who will be based at our Downers Grove, IL, site works closely with our Program Managers and Director of Business Development to manage various customer and market specific projects focusing on developing and growing our business in Aerospace. The successful candidate is detail oriented, interested in aerospace applications, and able to drive improvements by using an analytical, hands-on approach. This position will report to the Director of Business Development and will play a key role in the New Product Launch process.
Key Accountabilities
Support the New Product Launch process for products related to the Aerospace market.
Collaborate with commercial, manufacturing, technical and quality teams to expand associated product line market presence and drive execution.
Support various projects as directed by Program and Product Line Managers.
Tracks/reports product and project performance trends and conducts/reports SWOT analysis of associated product line.
Supports the new product launch proposal process to maximize applications wins.
Job Requirements
This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. Person with a U.S/ permanent residence (A U.S. Person is a U.S. Citizen or Green card holder).
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related field.
Acts with strong sense of urgency with keen attention to detail.
Creative thinker; strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Process oriented and able to manage to metrics.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work effectively under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: demonstrating initiative, ownership and a proactive approach to solving problems.
