Help applicants complete required U.S. government security forms correctly within 5 days of receiving them. Maintain a 98% or higher accuracy rate to ensure applications are accepted by the government. Start and manage clearance requests using government systems like e-APP, NBIS, and DISS. Help applicants complete fingerprinting and upload prints through SWFT. Help applicants complete and mail required State Child-Care Certifications or cards when required by contract or location (based on where they have lived and worked in the past 5 years).
Required Skills and Experience: Must be a U.S. citizen. 13 years of experience in Personnel Security (PERSEC). 13 years of experience using government security systems such as e-APP, DISS, NBIS, SWFT, SIMS, FieldPrint, and Microsoft Office.
