Key Responsibilities
Support the launch of One Card, a debit card with integrated payment functions
Partner with Product to translate product requirements into executable program plans
Own program level requirements and delivery tracking for this payment enablement
Coordinate cross functional teams across Payments, Platform, and Card partners
Lead execution planning, milestones, dependencies, and risk management
Drive proof of concept discussions with Payments and Platform stakeholders
Ensure readiness for launch including operational, technical, and partner alignment
Manage execution while one Product Manager owns the card strategy

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
Experience as a Program Manager in fintech or payments environments
Strong background supporting debit cards, or payment platforms
Experience working with Product Managers on requirements and execution
Ability to coordinate multiple partner teams in a matrixed organization
Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving product definitions
Experience launching large scale consumer financial products
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with PayPal, Venmo, or similar wallet ecosystems
Familiarity with payment rails, card networks, or wallet balances
Experience supporting global or multi region launches
