Immediate opening for an Construction Contract Administrator / Billing Coordinator in Temecula, CA who possesses : -Prevailing Wage / Davis Bacon wage rates and compliance with HUD involved contracts LCP Tracker, Davis Bacon knowledge and experience-LCP Tracker, Davis Bacon knowledge and experience. Prefer Textura / Hyphen Solutions / Procore or other online billing programs-Ability to compile verify and process contracts, change orders, payments and invoices Email resumes to dandriacchi@ : The selected candidate will be responsible for : -Reviews and advises favorable contract terms to Director of Sales whilebuilding positive relationships with company's partners.-Identifies and rectify any potential mistakes or discrepancies in contractualdocuments.-Serves as a point of contact for communication and resolution of contractIssues and disputes to Director of Sales.-Prepare and submit various invoicing documents / forms, including prevailing wageContracts-Compile, verify, and process contracts, change orders, payments and invoices-Prepare prevailing wage reports in compliance with the contract.-Prepare the schedule of values for project managers and others as needed-In-depth knowledge of conditional and unconditional waiver and release forms and ability to track incoming and needed waivers-Reconcile project budgets throughout project and upon final billing-Completes other related duties and special projects as assigned-Contributes to team effort-Must have experience of following software : Textura / Hyphen Solutions / Procore, LCP Tracker and other online billing systems The selected candidate will also possess : -Proven work experience as an invoicing specialist or similar role-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite-Strong computer skills-Ability to learn new skills and adapt to various databases quickly-Detail oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic-Must possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail-Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to comfortably interact with management, fellow employees, third parties, etc. in a positive manner-Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to adhere to deadlines-Problem solver. Able to review accounting documents and locate potential errors for correction Salary Range : $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 / year
