Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Store Associates to join our retail team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and gaining hands-on experience in retail sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting wireless devices, plans, and accessories
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Support sales initiatives and promotions
Help with basic technical troubleshooting and product demonstrations
Qualifications
No prior experience required; paid training provided
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish/French) preferred
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Flexible availability, including weekends
Schedule
10-hour shifts
Monday to Friday + weekend availability
Day shifts
