Program Coordinator, Revenue Cycle (Fully Remote – Texas) Location: Remote (Must be based in Texas) Employment Type: 6-month Contract-to-Hire Target Rate: ~$45/hr and Negotiable ⏰ Schedule: Flexible start between 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM, consistent daily; 30 min – 1 hr lunch About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to support revenue cycle operations within a hospital setting. This role focuses on driving process improvements, analyzing performance data, and managing key operational workflows. As a subject matter expert across billing, denials, and collections, you will use reporting and data insights to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. This is a dynamic, project-driven role ideal for someone detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple areas of the revenue cycle. What You’ll Do Analyze revenue cycle reports, including denials and billing data, to identify trends and performance gaps Translate data into actionable insights and improvement opportunities Lead cross-departmental discussions to review findings and drive process improvements Own and monitor key processes, including automated workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Act as a “watchdog” over revenue cycle operations to maintain quality and compliance Manage multiple projects and shift focus as business priorities change Partner with cross-functional teams and report findings to leadership What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, ideally in a hospital setting Strong knowledge of billing, denials, and collections processes EPIC experience required Experience with process improvement, automation, and AI concepts in operations Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Ability to manage end-to-end processes and identify operational gaps Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills
