What Youll Do :

As a BCBA at Jade, youll be at the heart of our mission, designing and overseeing personalized ABA programs that empower our clients to reach their fullest potential. Your days will be filled with :

Developing and implementing cutting-edge behavior intervention plans.

Collaborating with our talented team of therapists, families, and caregivers.

Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with your expert guidance.

Analyzing data to drive meaningful outcomes because every breakthrough matters.

Bringing creativity and compassion to every session, making a lasting difference.

Who Were Looking For :

Youre a BCBA whos ready to hit the ground running and bring your A-game to a company thats all about excellence and heart. Heres what youll need :

Must-Have Qualifications :

Current BCBA certification and LBA license (because youre a pro!)

Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Preferred Skills :

CPR certification a great plus for safety readiness
