HR Business Partner Opportunity
Work for a well known, stable company!

100%/On Site

This opportunity consist of both Recruiting and In House Payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle recruiting activities: posting jobs, resume reviews, interview scheduling, conducting interviews, prepare offer letters.
• Source and attract candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions.
• Manage annual performance reviews.
• HRS to include Employee document management, applicant tracking, new employee onboarding.
• Manage annual payroll audit.
• Process monthly payroll for 80 employees.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business/Management
• Preferred PHR or SHRM Certification
• Word, Excel, SharePoint
• Excellent communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• #'s oriented
