We are looking for candidates who live within a commutable drivable distance to our Raleigh, NC or Jacksonville, FL office.
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will sometimes take place inside and outside of a company office.
This position is responsible for accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly and supplemental payrolls for multiple companies across the Bank. Assists in resolving pay-related inquiries, collaborating with peers and leadership as needed. Participates in system data testing and provides documented findings. Suggests procedure and workflow improvements, and assists with the implementation of recommended enhancements.
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Payroll OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Payroll
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred License or Certification Type: Payroll certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of pay, employee, and tax-related regulations, Knowledge of web-based Human Resources information systems, including time and attendance, Experience with UKG, Cognos, Business Intelligence, and Service Now, Strong Excel skills for data analysis
